Job Satisfaction?

Are you the type of person that is never satisfied in your career? Do you have job satisfaction? Maybe there is a reason why you can't be satisfied?     

A lot of you are always looking for greener pastures for your career. It probably seems like a never-ending search. It typically goes something like this. You make the change you think will be right for your career only to find out that, once again, after the newness wears off in your new position you’re bored or not challenged. Basically you’re never satisfied in your career! Never!

Guess what? I am with you. I was one of these people and do you know what cured it? Starting my own business! That’s right! If you are constantly unsatisfied in the career choices you have made the only answer for you is to start you own business. When you have your own business it's constantly challenging, rewarding and satisfying. And this may be the biggest part; you cannot blame anyone for the problems of your company!

Whom do you complain to if it's your company? If you don’t like the work you’re involved in – change it! If you don’t like the office space – change it! If you don’t like the letterhead or logo for the business – change it! If you don’t like where the business is located – change it! If you don’t like the hours – change it! You get the idea. If you don’t like anything about your business you can change it.

The best thing about of having your own business is the satisfaction. It’s impossible to be unsatisfied. Do you know why? If you ever do feel unsatisfied you can change the business model. You can even close the doors if you want. At our firm we’ve changed our logo twice, changed offices and locations, changed our business model, expanded the services we provide, and the list goes on. Why? Because I wanted to that’s why! For me it keeps things interesting and it keeps me SATISFIED!

So, if you are one of these people that are never satisfied in your career. I have the answer for you! Start your own business! You be the boss! You make the decisions! Believe me when I tell you that if you are one of these people this may truly be the only way for you to be satisfied in YOUR CAREER. I hope this helps.
