In Your Life and Career – Shoot For The Stars!

If you’re not stretching far enough you’re settling. Don’t settle! When you’re looking for something better for you and your career don’t do what everyone else is doing, unless you want what everyone else is getting. And you don’t want that, do you?

Dream big! Think Big! Go first class! Shoot for the stars! Too many of you don’t think big enough. You settle. Why? Where does that get you? How is that working out for you?

You have to change your thinking and understand there’s plenty of room at the top! There is less competition the higher you shoot. That’s a fact!

In my business as a professional recruiter I have personally witnessed it. There are fewer candidates to choose from when we are recruiting for the higher positions. People just don’t shoot high enough or they think they’re not worthy of the position, so they don’t apply.       

If you’re shooting too low where’s the challenge? How are you ever going to get what you want if you keep shooting low? You have to think big! Change your environment and go first class with everything you do. Do you want to be mediocre? If you don’t want to be mediocre then start doing things differently than everyone else.

Challenge yourself and stretch as far as you can. You will be surprised of what you can accomplish. You have to understand that stretching, pushing yourself, thinking big, dreaming big, going first class and shooting for the stars isn’t just for professional athletes.

I cannot stress this enough, you have to change your thinking. When you start thinking differently about yourself you will start to see changes in your life. Don’t listen to the doubters and the negative types. Let them stay where they are in life, you’re moving upward.

From this day forward, you’re going to stretch yourself as far as you can! You’re going to dream big! Think big! And you’re going to go first class with everything you do! You are no longer going to settle! Starting today, in your life and career you’re going to shoot for the stars! I can’t wait to see what you can do! I hope this helps.
